  • Blue Jean Software Forums
    Our message forums may already contain the help you need. You may want to start with the product's FAQ page. We monitor the Support forums daily and generally we respond within 24 hours. The support forum should be your first step in resolving an issue with our products.
  • Email Support
    Technical support via email is available for issues not addressed in the forums. Registered users who have purchased a product within the last 60 days will receive priority email support. Trial and registered users that submit issues will still receive support, however we give priority to newly registered customers. Registered users should include the name of the registrant to receive priority support at chuck@bluejeansoftware.com.
